This website is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related products and services and to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorised to act, and for no other purposes. Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You will not post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions herein. 4. Termination Bonvo, in its sole discretion, may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time without advance notice or liability, for any reason including any improper use of this website or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Upon such termination or suspension, you must immediately discontinue use of this website, and destroy any copy you have made of any portion of this website. Accessing this website after such termination, suspension, or discontinuation shall constitute an act of trespass. Bonvo shall not be responsible to you for such suspension or termination. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which Bonvo and its third party suppliers may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Bonvo and its third party suppliers, as applicable. 5. Other Terms and Conditions Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation or purchase, in your being denied access to any flights, hotels, or automobiles, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation or purchase, and in Bonvo debiting your account for any costs Bonvo incurs as a result of such violation. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of this website. 6. Comments and Submissions You agree that if you submit suggestions, ideas, comments or questions or post any other information on this website, you grant Bonvo and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content in any form, media or technology. Bonvo takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted or submitted by you. We appreciate your feedback, ideas and suggestions, but we are unable to answer every comment individually. 7.
