Day 01: Arrive Delhi (By flight G9 463 @ 0515 Hrs)
Delhi / Srinagar (By flight 6E 551 @ 1105/1235 Hrs) suggested flight
Meet upon arrival at Srinagar Airport and transfer to Deluxe Houseboats. Late afternoon Shikara ride on Dal Lake visiting floating and Vegetable gardens etc. Also witness walnut woodcarving and papier machie making demonstration. Dinner overnight in Deluxe Houseboats. Day 02: Srinagar
Morning sightseeing of Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure) built by Asif Khan brother in law of Jehangir in 1632 AD. And Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) built by Jehangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan. All the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 and 15 kms respectively. Enroute visit carpet-weaving factory. Dinner overnight in Deluxe Houseboats.

Day 03: Srinagar / Pahalgam
After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds). The distance of about 96 kms will be covered in about 3 hrs. Enroute visiting Saffron fields, Awantipura ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman), see the beautiful countryside on the way and lot of rice fields. Drive through the pine forest. Arrive Pahalgam transfer to Hotel. After lunch have bridle walks and feed your cameras with the picture of magnificent view of mountains. Dinner overnight in hotel at Pahalgam.

Day 04: Pahalgam
Free for individual activities. One can visit Chandanwari or Aru on ponies. Lunch, Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 05: Pahalgam / Srinagar / Gulmarg
After breakfast drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 160 kms will be covered in about 4-½ hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek upto Khilangmarg, which can be covered in about 3 hrs. Also enjoy sledge riding on snow. Chair Lifts for mountain ride are also available. Lunch, Dinner and overnight in Hotel.

Day 06: Gulmarg / Srinagar
Srinagar / Delhi (By flight IT 353 @ 1440/1650 Hrs)
Delhi / International Departure (By flight G9 460 @ 2015 Hrs) suggested flight
After breakfast drive back to Srinagar. Distance of 60 kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. On arrival in Srinagar transfer to Airport to connect flight for your onward journey.

• The above is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings, which are subject to availability once the booking is confirmed by you.
• Confirmation of rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Incase we are not able to get the confirmation of the listed hotels or are not able to get the standard category of rooms; then there shall be a difference/supplement in the cost, which will be advised at that time of booking.
• The above offered Airfares are the special fares and can change any time and to get the same fares we need to initiate the booking immediately and make a note that these rates are non refundable once it is issued no refund is applicable. We have given a rough estimation of the airfares as of now and exact fares can be advised once we hear the go-ahead to issue tickets along with dates and payment guarantee.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
• 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
• 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
• 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
• 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
• 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express) and high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Refund :
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
