Day 01 Arrive Delhi
On arrival you will be met by our representative and transferred to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 - Delhi
Today morning city tour of New Delhi covering Laxmi Narayan Temple The Place of Gods, India Gate - The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House The Government headquarters. Afternoon city tour of Old Delhi covering Jama Masjid - The largest mosque in Asia, Red Fort - The red stone magic, Gandhi memorial The memoir of father of the nation. Also enjoy the sound & light show in the evening. Overnight hotel.
Day 03 Delhi Jaipur
Today morning take drive to Jaipur, upon arrival check into hotel. Afternoon free to enjoy the city atmosphere. Overnight hotel.
Day 04 Jaipur
In the morning take an excursion to Amber fort with joy ride on an Elephant. In the afternoon take a city tour covering City Palace occupies a large area divided into a series of courtyards, gardens & buildings and a perfect blend of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture, Royal Observatory An observatory with some rare qualities to its credit and the Bazaar etc. Overnight hotel.
Day 05 Jaipur Agra
Morning drive for Agra. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri the earliest Mughul capital founded by Emperor Akbar. Later arrive Agra And check into the hotel. After fresh up visit one of the Seven Wonders of the world the Ta Mahal. Rest of the day free for shopping or other activities. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 06 Agra/ Jhansi/ Khajuraho
Today morning transfer to railway station to catch the train to Jhansi. On arrival in Jhansi drive to Khajuraho en-route visiting Orchha. On arrival in Khajuraho check into hotel. Also enjoy the sound & light show in the evening. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 07 Khajuraho
Today enjoy city tour of Eastern / Western group of temples which includes Laxmi & Varha temples Kandariya Mahadev, Devi Jagdamba temples etc. Overnight hotel.
Day 08 Khajuraho/Varanasi
Transfer to airport to catch flight to Varanasi, on arrival transfer to hotel. In the afternoon take an excursion to Sarnath. Overnight hotel.
Day 09 Varanasi
Varanasis principle attraction is the string of bathing ghats, which line the western ghats of Ganges, enjoy boat ride at dawn. After breakfast visit the Ghats, Tulsi Manas temple, Alamgir temple, Bharat Mata temple etc. Day free to roam about. Overnight hotel.
Day 10 Varanasi / Delhi - International Departure
Scheduled transfer to Varanasi domestic airport to board the flight for Delhi. On arrival transfer to Delhi International airport to board the flight for Onward Journey.

- Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight delay or cancellation, weather conditions, political closures, technical faults etc.
- Any entrances to the Monuments (Supplement Given Separately).

NOTE:
- All taxes, entrance fees, Hotels, Transportation, Airfare etc are as on
date. Any future hike will be charged extra.
- The above rates are valid till 15th Sept'2010.
- The above is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings, which are subject to availability once the booking is confirmed by you.
- Confirmation of rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Incase we are not able to get the confirmation of the listed hotels or are not able to get the standard category of rooms; then there shall be a difference/supplement in the cost, which will be advised at that time of booking.
- The above offered Airfares are the special fares and can change any time and to get the same fares we need to initiate the booking immediately and make a note that these rates are non refundable once it is issued no refund is applicable. We have given a rough estimation of the airfares as of now and exact fares can be advised once we hear the go-ahead to issue tickets along
with dates and payment guarantee.
Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
• 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
• 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
• 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
• 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
• 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of
tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be
applicable.
In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan
Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express) and high peak season bookings
(from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be
advised as and when required).
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited
amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the
hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed
meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Refund :
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in
advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as
described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the
payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking
procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank
charges would be debited from the refund amount.
