Day 01: Arrive Delhi (By flight G9 463 @ 0515 Hrs) suggested flight
Met upon arrival at International Airport and transfer to Hotel. Delhi stands at the western end of the Gangetic Plain, bordered on the eastern side by the state of Uttar Pradesh and on the other three sides by the state of Haryana. Travellers to Delhi get two cities for the price of one. 'Old' Delhi, the capital of Muslim India between the mid-17th and late 19th centuries, is full of formidable mosques, monuments and forts. It's a lively area of colourful bazaars, narrow streets and barely controlled chaos. In contrast, New Delhi, the imperial city created by the British Raj, is composed of spacious, tree-lined avenues and imposing government buildings, and has a sense of order absent from other parts of the city. After breakfast, Morning combined city sightseeing Old and New Delhi covering Jama Masjid - The largest mosque in Asia, Red Fort-The red stone magic, Gandhi memorial–The memory of father of the nation. Sightseeing India Gate - The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House – The govt. head quarters, Humayun Tomb, Qutab Minar. Red Fort – closed on Monday. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 02: Shimla

After arrival at Delhi airport, drive to Shimla (8 hrs), perched at 7000 feet above sea level, The heady combinations of Chill mountain air, orchards and colonial charms still make Shimla a dream get away. Arrive & transfer to hotel. Overnight in hotel.

Day 03: Shimla – Kufri – Shimla

Morning proceed for the sightseeing of Shimla covering Kalbadevi Temple, Jakhu Temple, Hanuman Temple or stop for a while at the beautiful stained-glass-windows of Christ Church, which was built in the 1850 ‘s. Afternoon excursion to Kufri a 30 Minutes drive from Shimla, an exotica of nature as a place surrounded by dense forest and snow caped mountains amidst virgin peaks and natures flora and fauna where one can completely relax and tune oneself for natural beauty. Evening free to enjoy the scenic beauty of Kufri. Fagu, Indira Gandhi Holiday Home and enjoy horse riding in the apple orchids. Return to the Hotel Rest of the day is free to explore various scenic sights or visit mall road and shopping. Overnight in Shimla.

Day 04: Shimla – Kullu – Manali

Morning check out from the Hotel & drive to Manali (7-8hr). Enroute visit Kullu valley, Beas river, Dashehra maidan etc. Arrive and transfer to hotel. Evening free at leisure & Overnight in Manali. Day 05: Manali
Full day excursion visiting Kothi Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi, Rohtang Pass (Upto Snow Line in case Rohtang is closed due to snow fall) and Sollang Valley. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06: Manali
Today we take you on a small walk of Manali. Morning transfer to old Manali village. Visit Manu temple and also view some very old traditionally built houses in the village. Later we walk from the village to Hadimba Devi Temple, an old pagoda shaped wooden temple through a small forest. From Hadimba Devi temple we walk through another village - Nasogi down to the Tibetan Monastery located towards the end of Manali market. Afternoon a tour to Naggar to visit the old Castle which is now renovated and is operated as a hotel. Also visit the famous Roerich Art Gallery and few old temples in Naggar village. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Manali / Chandigarh
Early morning after breakfast drive to Chandigarh (300 kms - 8 to 9 hours). Arrive and transfer to hotel. Day free to relax. Overnight in Chandigarh Hotel.

Day 08: Chandigarh – Delhi International Departure (By flight G9 460 @ 2015 Hrs) suggested flight
Visit Rock Garden, Mansa Devi Temple at Panchkula, Sukhna Lake Boating, Museum etc. Leave Chandigarh by late afternoon and reach Delhi (5 hours) for your International Departure.

• The above is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings, which are subject to availability once the booking is confirmed by you.
• Confirmation of rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.Incase we are not able to get the confirmation of the listed hotels or are not able to get the standard category of rooms; then there shall be a difference/supplement in the cost, which will be advised at that time of booking.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
• 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
• 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
• 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
• 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
• 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express) and high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Refund :
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
