Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
On arrival you will be met by Indian Holiday representative and transferred to hotel. Overnight hotel.

Day 02: Delhi
Morning combined city sightseeing of Old and New Delhi covering Jama Masjid - The largest mosque in Asia, Red Fort -The red stone magic, Gandhi memorial–The memoir of father of the nation. Sightseeing India Gate - The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House – The govt. head quarters, Humayun Tomb and Qutab Minar. Overnight hotel.

Day 03 – Delhi / Agra
Today morning take a drive to Agra, upon arrival Agra check into hotel. After fresh up visit one of the Seven wonders of the world – The Taj Mahal followed by Agra Fort. Rest of the day free for leisure activities. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 04 – Agra / Jaipur
Post Breakfast at Hotel drive for Jaipur, en-route Visit old deserted town of Mughal Dynasty – Fatehpur Sikri. Afternoon arrive Jaipur, check into hotel. Rest of the day free at Leisure.

Day 05 – Jaipur
After breakfast at Hotel explore the capital city of Rajasthan which is popularly known as the “Pink City”.Visit Hawa Mahal, Albert Hall, & City Palace – occupies a large area divided into a series of courtyards, gardens & buildings and a perfect blend of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture, Royal Observatory – An observatory with some rare qualities to its credit and the Bazaar etc. Overnight hotel.

Day 06 – Jaipur / Delhi
After breakfast leave for Delhi. Enroute visit Amer Fort and enjoy the Elephant ride over there. Afternoon Arrive Delhi and immediate transfer to international airport to connect flight for your onward destination.

Our cost includes the following services:

• Travel Insurance.

• Expenses of personal nature such as drinks, telephone, laundry bills etc.
• Tips and porter charges.
• Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight delay or cancellation, weather conditions, political closures, technical faults etc.
• Any entrances to the Monuments (Supplement Given Separately).
• Any other service/s not specified above.

NOTE:
• All taxes, entrance fees, Hotels, Transportation etc are as on date. Any future hike will be charged extra.
• The above rates are valid till 31st Aug’2010.
• The above is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings, which are subject to availability once the booking is confirmed by you.
• Confirmation of rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Incase we are not able to get the confirmation of the listed hotels or are not able to get the standard category of rooms; then there shall be a difference/supplement in the cost, which will be advised at that time of booking.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
• 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
• 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
• 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
• 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
• 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express) and high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Refund:
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
