Day 01 – Arrive Cochin (By flight G9 425 @ 1830 Hrs) suggested flight
Welcome on arrival at Cochin. Met with and transfer to hotel. Afternoon enjoy the city tour. Evening enjoy Kathakali Dance Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 – Cochin – Munnar
Morning after breakfast drive to Munnar – the only hilly place of Kerala state. Rest of the enjoy the scenic beauty of Munnar. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03 - Munnar
Morning sightseeing of Munnar. Visit coffee/Tea plantation. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04 – Munnar – Periyar
Morning after breakfast drive to Periyar. Check-in at hotel. Afternoon visit the Spice Plantation. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05 – Periyar – Kumarakom
Morning enjoy park safari by boat. Later in the day drive to Kumarakom. On arrival check-in at hotel. Evening sunset boat cruise live Sitar & Flute. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06 – Kumarakom – Alleppey
Morning visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary (on own). Later drive to Kottayam, where you will en board the traditionally decorated houseboats, you will start an over night backwater cruise which will end on next day Morning at Alleppey.

Day 07 – Alleppey - Kovalam
Today drive to Kovalam from Alleppey, on arrival check into hotel and after that enjoy day in the sand. Kovalam is a natural bay ideal for kayaking, swimming, and surfing and skiing. One can swim in the shallow blue water and have a sunbath in the exotic tropical sun can adorn you with a good suntan. The coast is at many places lined with beautiful patches of coral reefs. Or you can crest the waves on logs of lashed woods on catamarans. Overnight to be spent at hotel near the beach.

Day 08 – Kovalam – Trivandrum – International Departure (By flight G9 442 @ 1330 Hrs) suggested flight
Morning relax on the beach. Afternoon drive to Trivandrum airport to board onward flight back to Mumbai. On arrival at Mumbai transfer from domestic to International airport for your onward flight back home.

NOTE:
• All taxes, entrance fees, Hotels, Transportation etc are as on date. Any future hike will be charged extra.
• The above rates are valid from 01 Apr till 31 Aug 2010.
• The above is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings, which are subject to availability once the booking is confirmed by you.
• Confirmation of rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.Incase we are not able to get the confirmation of the listed hotels or are not able to get the standard category of rooms; then there shall be a difference/supplement in the cost, which will be advised at that time of booking.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
• 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
• 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
• 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
• 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
• 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express) and high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Refund :
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
