Booking Policy

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment must be made online through the website by Mastercard or Visa credit card.

Upon completing the booking and payment successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as well as a link to an e-voucher which must be printed and retained for verification purposes.

Scheduled Sightseeing
Tours which depart on a regular basis with fixed sightseeing itineraries.

Pick-up Points & Time
Pick up times from hotels and duration of all tours are approximate timings and may be subject to traffic conditions.

Where hotel pick-up is offered, the tour operator will arrange or conduct the pick up from the majority of major hotels in the city, but not necessarily from all hotels. If the tour operator is unable to pick you up from your requested hotel, an alternative pick-up point will be suggested.

Please ensure that you are waiting at the appointed meeting point, as shown on your tour voucher, at least 5 minutes prior to the pick up time.

Children & Infants
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants travelling free may not be entitled to meals and must be carried on the lap of accompanying adults if no seats are available.

Tipping & Porterage
Tips/gratuities to local tour guides and drivers are not included in the tour prices. Porterage is not included as well.

No-show
In the event if a passenger “No-show”, no refund in full or in part will be given for services in the tour program not utilised.

Amendment and Cancellation
All requests for amendments, cancellations, and refunds must be made in writing to bonvo. Amendment or cancellation notified directly to the local operator will not be effective.

Notification may be submitted to us using one of the following methods:

The amendment or cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our customer service officer. If you have not received a confirmation of the amendment or cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fee will be applied in relation to the notice period between notification of cancellation and the commencement date of the Tour:

More than 4 Days No charge


Where special conditions are attached to any Tours, you will be informed at the time of booking of the relevant cancellation policies which will apply.

Note:
  1. The local tour operators reserve the right to alter itineraries or to cancel the tours at short or no notice for any reason. Where it is necessary to cancel the tour, you will be offered at least one of the following options:
    - To join the requested tour at an alternative time or date.
    - To join an alternative tour.
    - To receive a full refund from us
  2. The local tour operators also reserve the right to ask any person to withdraw from any tour if they deem their acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers.
  3. The local tour operators decline any responsibility for articles forgotten or lost in their vehicles. You must ensure you abide with all the terms and conditions applicable for the tour conducted by the tour operator and that you familiarise yourself with the same.
  4. You should be fully aware of your own travel insurance arrangements and must ensure the same for yourself and your property and/or persons travelling with you, and that your insurance includes all such transfers.
  5. Bonvo shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or injury/damage to any property or person.
