Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. You agree to be financially responsible for all transactions made through Bonvo, including airfares, any applicable taxes and fees in connection with a booking. Some airport taxes are not pre-payable or pre-paid; you must pay these taxes when required. Some airlines have introduced fuel surcharges which may not be reflected in the prices shown and this will be an additional charge. The airfares may carry special restrictions, fare rules and policies.

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice depending on airline seat availability, fare conditions and class of travel. In such event, we will contact you to request your authorisation to proceed with the booking and obtain your confirmation and payment for the booking as varied or amended. If you decline the booking, and you were already charged for the booking, a full refund will be given to you as soon as possible. No compensation shall be payable to you thereafter, and Bonvo shall not be liable to you for any other loss or damage including but not limited to any loss of enjoyment or any other consequential loss or damage of any nature.

All confirmed and purchased airline tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged and/or re-issued. Once your airline tickets have been issued, you cannot change the passenger name, airline, dates or times of travel and/or the destinations.

Advance Booking
You can purchase airline tickets online up to 11 months in advance. Reservations for flight departures beyond this period are restricted by the airlines.

It is extremely important that you carefully review passenger information/itinerary details and that you understand and accept the restrictions, rules and policies of the fare before entering your credit card information to make the purchase.

If the rules and policies are not displayed on the website, or if you have any queries regarding those fares, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team.

And if you do find that you have made an error while booking, please contact us immediately by phone. We will make every effort to assist you but are required to charge any charges and/or penalties as may be applicable or enforced by the airlines.

Last Minute Booking
Cut-off time for last-minute bookings depend on whether your purchase is an e-ticket or paper ticket.
E-ticket: An e-ticket must be purchased at least three (3) business days prior to scheduled flight departure.
Paper ticket: A paper ticket must be purchased at least ten (10) business days prior to scheduled flight departure. This time frame allows enough time for Bonvo to send you the ticket.

Any airline ticket purchased requires fulfilment and documentation such as issuance of airline tickets and will be performed during normal office hours. Any travel requests and bookings made will require processing time, and are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of ticket purchased, i.e. it may take up to a maximum of 10 business days for the issuance and delivery of paper tickets. Bonvo shall not be held liable for any claims for loss, damages or compensation against non-fulfilment should you purchase tickets that cannot be fulfilled between the time of booking and the time of departure. In such event, Bonvo shall refund you all un-utilised payment collected from you for that purchase. Bonvo shall accept no responsibility or liability here accordingly and thereafter.

Confirmed Booking
Upon completion of booking and payment successfully, you will receive an e-mail detailing your booking itinerary. Once your e-ticket has been processed, we will email you your e-ticket which must be printed and retained for check-in purposes.

Tickets are issued on a priority basis and can take up to 1-2 business days. If you do not receive your e-ticket, please contact our customer care team.

Electronic Ticket
E-ticketing is a convenient way of travel because it confirms air ticket purchase without the need for a hard-copy record. The airline stores all the ticket data in its computer system, which means there is no ticket for you to collect and - more importantly - no ticket for you to lose. All itinerary changes can be made without the need for returning your original ticket for re-issuance.

The timings shown on your e-ticket are subject to change. Please contact the applicable airline at least 72 hours before departure to check on any amended flight timings or numbers.

When you check-in for your flight, you only need to present a printed copy of your e-ticket and your passport. The airline will access your ticket record on-line and issue your boarding pass.

Paper Ticket
Reasons that may require an itinerary to be issued on a paper ticket are:
• Some airlines (smaller regional airlines) do not offer e-tickets on certain routing
• Some countries may not allow e-tickets for international travel
• A large number of segments in one itinerary

Paper Ticket Fees
There are additional fees associated with issuing a paper ticket when electronic tickets are available for your itinerary. The fee is an airline imposed charge applied to your booking when you opt to have paper tickets issued. The fees cover the additional costs associated with the processing and handling of a paper ticket. The paper ticket fee will vary by airline. Generally the ticket fees are in the range of USD$20-50. This fee will NOT be charged if electronic tickets are not an available option for your itinerary at the time of booking.

Paper Ticket Delivery
Paper tickets incur an additional non-refundable shipping fee listed below.
The paper ticket delivery charge varies based on the Zone/region of your delivery address:

Important Note:
  • Expect Delivery within 2-7 business days (vary from capital cities to provincial areas).
  • Airport pick up of paper tickets is not an option offered on our site.
  • If your paper ticket cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address entered at the time of booking and gets returned to Bonvo, there will be an additional re-shipping fee.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you give all your correct details for the dispatch of your paper tickets.
  • Bonvo shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or occasioned by the loss of any paper tickets once the same has been duly sent to the address notified by you.
Special Request
Your meal and seat preference requests are forwarded to the airline and are subject to availability on the day of check-in and/or the general terms of the airline and availability. All special requests are subject to availability and shall not be assured or guaranteed by Bonvo in any manner whatsoever.

Amendment and Cancellation
Airlines charge a fee for making a change to most restricted fare tickets and in some cases to non-restricted fare tickets. Airlines’ fees vary from carrier to carrier. Bonvo does not control the fees set by the airline and does not have the authority to waive these airline imposed fees.

All airline tickets are subject to the rules and restrictions you agreed to at the time of purchase. Many tickets (most advance purchase-lower priced tickets) are non-refundable and have no value for future purchase. All tickets are issued on a non-refundable and non-endorsable basis, unless otherwise stated.

All requests for amendments, cancellations, and refunds must be made in writing to Bonvo. Amendment or cancellation notified directly to the airline will not be effective.

The amendment or cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our customer care officer. If you have not received a confirmation of the amendment or cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit.
