
Please read all the following terms and conditions carefully before making any booking through Bonvo and bonvo.com. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.
Prices
Rates advertised on this website are available only through Bonvo. All prices may be varied without notice in the event of exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason. There is no additional charge for online credit card transactions.
Currency
All pre-paid prices quoted are in US dollars (USD) only. The non-prepaid prices are in various currencies (usually local currency of the country). You are advised to ensure your own computation and understanding regarding the various exchange rates.
Credit Card Payment
When booking, only the following credit cards shall be accepted:
• Master Card
• Visa Card
You must submit a credit card authorisation form with valid credit card and ensure that the information provided is correct. Bonvo accepts no responsibility for any incorrect credit card information submitted.
If you wish to change the details of a credit card after it has been charged, any such change will be treated as an amendment, and a corresponding amendment fee and conditions will apply – please check with our Customer Care. Due to processing requirements, refunds may take up to 14 days depending on your bank or financial institution. And we reserve right to charge any fees as may be necessary in this regard.
Cash Payment
Bonvo accepts cash payment in either US Dollars or Singapore Dollars to be paid personally at Bonvo’s office in Singapore.
Cheque Payment
Bonvo only accepts cheque issued from a Singapore Licensed Bank in either US Dollars or Singapore Dollars.
Telegraphic Transfers
All telegraphic transfers / bank wire transfers are to be made FOB (Free of Bank Charges).
Travel Documents
Travel documents include airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents are subject to the appropriate terms and conditions and/or restrictions including being non-refundable, non-changeable and are subject to amendment and/or cancellation fees.
All travel documents are non-transferable. All tickets and vouchers must be issued in the name of the passport holder.
Passport & Visa Requirements
All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry.
Certain countries require a visa for entry. It is your obligation and responsibility that you check if your travel requires such a visa and apply for and attain such a visa. Please ensure you apply for any visas in advance prior to your travel date as visas can take some time to obtain. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities in the relevant country or countries. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred shall be your sole responsibility.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all overseas travel. We recommend you to take comprehensive personal travel insurance for yourself, including but not limited to travel insurance that covers loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money, medical expenses, additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs. Restrictions on the time to effect insurance apply to some services such as airfares.
Health
It is your obligation and responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any and all health requirements to and for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination or other necessary health related documentation. Vaccinations are strongly recommended for certain destinations. Please contact your local doctor who will advise you of these requirements. Please note that vaccinations may be recommended some period in advance before travelling.
