Joachim Steffen
Managing Director
Mr Joachim Steffen pioneered the introduction of travel and leisure products to the Group's portfolio in 2002. As Managing Director, he spearheads the group's growth by expanding its product and distribution internationally and diversifying its lifestyle portfolio. One of his key responsibilities includes developing resorts regionally in Thailand, India, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Middle East.

Prior to joining the Group, Mr Steffen was running a marketing company dealing with the hospitality industry in Bangkok. A German by birth, Mr Steffen grew up in a city near Munich where he took over his family business comprising of a hotel and several restaurants for eight years before moving to Asia.

Andy Michaels Lim
General Manager
Andy Michaels Lim is a graduate from the University of Bradford (UK) with more than a decade of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Andy was the Head of Sales & Marketing for an Asian based group of Resorts before assuming the position of Associate Director at Pannell Kerr Forster, one of the top tourism consulting companies in the world. He has consulted, restructured and trained over 40 travel and hospitality companies in the Asia Pacific Region.

As the General Manager of Bonvo Travel, Andy manages the three main divisions specialising in Corporate Travel Management, Channel Sales (Leisure) and MICE. His expertise continues to be sought after as a registered Management Consultant with TGR Research (Paris, France) and the Coleman Research Group (New York, USA).

Daniel Tan
Head of Corporate Travel Management
Daniel Tan started off in the Civil Service before realising his true calling to be in the travel industry. Over the past 24 years, he has covered the gamut from Corporate Travel Management, Leisure Travel, Cruises, and Educational Exchange Programmes to Community Involvement Programmes. He has worked with clients ranging from local companies to multinational corporations; spent several years as a professional tour leader for leisure & business visits, sports tours and educational school tours all over the region; and as the Manager of Air & Sea for Star Cruises, he developed the initial Fly/Cruise packages within the Asia Pacific. Daniel was also a lecturer in the Tourism Management Institute of Singapore, covering Air Ticketing for the IATA/UFTAA Diploma (Foundation) Course.

With his broad range of experience in the travel industry, Daniel has deep knowledge in all aspects of the field, and is able to parlay that into the intuitive and high level of service to clients that has won him praise and accolades throughout his career.

Gerald A Hendrick

A seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, Gerald specializes in managing the MICE segment, pro-actively delivering every aspect of the creative, production and logistical processes from concept to the final staging of the entire event. A dynamic team leader and dedicated individual with great passion for what he does, Gerald advocates the need to award the client with top quality service at every point of interaction.

Gerald has organized and managed many high profile events working alongside great performers and organizers.  He has not only assumed a consultative role, but also a strategic one working along existing lines. Forward-thinking and creative, he has successfully promoted each event as the event of choice.

The events that Gerald has managed include APEC 2009 Singapore - Presidential Delegation; Mary J Blige Concert at the Arena - Madinat Jumeirah; theatrical shows such as Mama Mia! and Chicago; The Granada Ball; The Tatler Ball; the US Embassy's Marine Ball; Roaring Great Time - Corporate Travel World Asia Pacific's Delegation Opening Gala Event; the inaugural Christmas Tree light up with a Charity element; the launch of Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew's book ‘Hard Truths’ at St. Regis Singapore; and many more events with major corporations and diplomatic corps.
